Associated with wood we develop solutions and implement overall or partial projects. Since its founding in 1990, Birlik Mobilya also refers to lots of references in the project business and is still active with his specialized staff of 50 persons on the plant in Kartal-Istanbul with an total area of 3.000 sqm.
Our experience, in combination with a careful and selective sourcing of ingredients, allows our products to meet and exceed the highest customer and consumer expectations.
We produce wood window frames with computer-aided machines according to German standards. Our service includes customised solutions for wood windows, we use all kind of wood in our production.
Besides a correct stack up of the kiln it is important for the course of the drying and for the quality of the dried wood to handle exactly the wood moisture measurement. The drying of wood takes place in automated drying-kilns programmed to ensure optimum microclimate, even drying and high quality of the wood. Finished window profile is impregnated and varnished with use of products of companies which take care about both their high quality and the ecology.
Wood windows are more and more popular, without forgetting the growing trend for wooden furniture in gardens, which are now becoming open air extensions to the main property. We provide wood windows, doors and winter gardens to a high quality standard with appropriate prices.

Respect for nature

• The thermal breaks applied in the wood windows have additional gaskets at the joining point with the sections, as well as tongues dividing the chamber between the internal and external wood sections into three parts. We use original German profiles and imported equipment;

• Wood doors; with a wide variety of different designs, veneer, laminate, massive wood for business buildings, banks, hotel, hospital, housing.
